నా ఎదుట ఉన్న ఫోటోలో
చిన్నప్పటి ముఖాన్ని వెతుక్కున్నట్టు
ఈ మార్చి ఎండలో
ఒకప్పటి వసంతాన్ని పోల్చుకుంటున్నాను.
ఒక కోకిల ఇంకా రాకపోవడానికి
నాతో పాటు సమస్త ప్రపంచం
కారణమని తెలుసుకున్నాక
చెట్లు చిగురించనిలోకంలో
నేనే చిగురించాలని తెలుసుకున్నాను.
కోకిల ఎక్కడుందో పిలవడానికి
నేనే ఒక కుహూరవంగా మారుతున్నాను.
వేడెక్కుతున్న భూమిని
నేనిట్లా చల్లపరచడం మొదలెట్టాక
నా దారిన వన దేవతలు కూడా
నడక మొదలు పెడతారు.
