ముగ్ధత్వం మనందరం మన జీవితాల్లో ఏదో ఒక సందర్భంలో అనుభవించే ఉంటాం. కాని అది మనకి క్షణకాలపు అనుభవంగా మాత్రమే ఉండి ఇంతలోనే మన రోజువారీ మెలకువల్లో పడగానే కలలాగా కరిగిపోతుంది. కాని ముగ్ధభక్తులకి అది జీవితసారాంశం. బసవపురాణంలో చెప్పిన ఈ ముగ్ధభక్తుల కథల్ని ఒక మతానికో, ఒక మతశాఖకో చెందిన కథలుగా చూడటం ఒక పద్ధతి. కానీ ఆ భక్తులకు రెండు జీవితాలు లేవనీ, వాళ్ళ నమ్మకాలూ, నడవడికా వేరువేరుకావనీ, ఒకటి నమ్మితే, అదొక్కటే ప్రపంచంగా భావించి తమ సమస్తజీవితాన్నీ ఆ నమ్మకానికి అర్పించుకోవడమొక్కటే వాళ్ళకి చాతనైందనీ చూడటం మరొక పద్ధతి. అటువంటి ఇద్దరు భక్తుల కథల గురించి ఈ రోజు ప్రసంగం.

Very beautifully structured talk sir about mugdha bhakthi captured in other parts of the world literature across many traditions – example stories like Rumi’s Shepard’s prayer or Tolstoy’s 3 island dwellers were as beautiful as our very own Palkuriki’s stories of Yenumurthy Nayanar and Neela Nakka Nayanar.
Very profound statement made with comparing Palnati Brahma Naidu’s veera vaishavism or Basavanna’s veera saivism that they strived to achieve మానసిక సమత్వం although followed different traditions.
And an insightful conclusion that beyond religion, it is their immense faith in something that lead these devotee’s lives. Thank you for another enlightening talk. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
