Srikrishnadevaraya painted the mythology of the heavens afresh in human emotions with a new translucence. We find a new sensibility in his depiction of nature and his rendering of the cycle of seasons.
మూర్తీభవించిన వర్ష ఋతువు
వర్షర్తు వర్ణన పద్యాలన్నీ వర్ణచిత్రాలు. ఆయన ఒక కవిగా కాక, ఒక చిత్రకారుడిగా ఆ పద్యాలు నిర్మించాడు. అందులో కొన్ని కుడ్యచిత్రాలు, కొన్ని తైలవర్ణ చిత్రాలు, కొన్ని నీటిరంగుల చిత్రాలు.కాని, ఆ రంగులు మామూలు రంగులు కావు. ఎంతకాలం గడిచినా వన్నె తగ్గని రంగులు. ఆ మాటలపొందికలో కనిపించే ఆ మెరుపు అటువంటిది.
